A client can have as many as possible, up to 4 sessions per month. Depending on your case, it is recommended to plan for at least 8-20 sessions. Each session typically lasts around 60 minutes.
Yes, these are online sessions that will be hosted on Zoom.
Sessions can be held in the mornings, afternoons, or evenings, depending on everyone's availability.
Single sessions up to 3 times a month are £50 each.* The price drops to £45 per session for 4 sessions per month, usually spaced out once a week.
One-off sessions are £65.
